• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the firm's vision and goals.

• Management & Oversight: Oversee daily operations, support key managers, and ensure smooth functioning across the firm.

• Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between partners and firm members, organize meetings, communications plans, and support key departments.

• Financial Management: Manage financial oversight, budgets, and financial reviews.

• Technology & Systems: Align software systems for cohesive operations and establish a central documentation location.

• Human Resource Management: Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to enhance culture, streamline processes, and drive employee engagement.

• Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance workflows for efficiency and quality.

As the Director of Operations, you'll work closely with the partners as a member of the firm’s management committee, including HR, IT, and Accounting directors, to craft and execute operational strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management (BBA/MBA).

• Experience: Minimum of seven years in an operations role with at least five years managing a team, preferably in a professional services environment.

• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a knack for strategic planning and process improvement.
