Today, Lindsay Construction is looking for an Operational Finance Manager to lead business development planning and activities aligned with their growth strategy. In this new role, the Operational Finance Manager will be a key team member who coordinates between the project managers and the finance team to help operations run efficiently. As an Operational Finance Manager at Lindsay Construction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and the finance team to monitor and manage financial risks, threats and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate financial insights effectively with various stakeholders, and a sound managing mindset to navigate the various backgrounds and complexities of construction projects across Atlantic Canada. Having prior knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset or having 3-5 years of financial operations experience. You will enjoy an outstanding work culture with team members who are always available to support the team and pride themselves on their collaboration and their commitment to supporting their team through community events and office activities.
