Module 1 – Journey Kick-Off

Module 2 – Strategize
In this module, you'll dive into strategic thinking and planning. We’ll start by exploring the process of setting both personal and organizational goals, ensuring they align with your values and long-term vision. You’ll learn how to think strategically, focusing on planning for success while anticipating challenges.
By the end of this module, you’ll have the tools to create clear, actionable goals and the strategic mindset needed to guide your team or business toward achieving them.
Module 3 – Organize
This module focuses on the practical skills of managing resources, time, and people effectively. You’ll learn about talent management—how to hire, develop, and retain the best team members. We’ll also cover time and priority management techniques to help you make the most of your day while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Module 4 – Lead
Here, you’ll focus on what it truly means to lead a team. This final module helps you create a concrete plan for continued learning and development, both for yourself and your workplace. You’ll build an accountability plan, such as a 30-60-90-day roadmap, and learn how to support the growth of those around you.

As a bonus, this module offers one-on-one personalized coaching sessions. You’ll apply the concepts learned in the course through three 30-minute coaching sessions, ensuring the lessons are practical and tailored to your specific leadership journey.

- Is this workshop online or in person?
Both! We offer flexibility based on your preference. If you’re in the Halifax region, we can do an in-person session. Otherwise, we’re happy to host it virtually. Just let us know what works best for you!
